Practical information for accredited press about the organisation of the press pools

  • Dedicated press zones are available in the Parc du Cinquantenaire to cover the family photos and the arrival of delegations at the Museum where the working dinners will take place (see information below). Departures and returns are done exclusively by bus from the press centre located on the NATO site. You can only register for one pool.
  • It is also possible to get accreditation to take part in the partners’ programme (see information below). On Wednesday, departures and returns are done exclusively by bus from the accreditation centre located in Haren. On Thursday, departures and returns are done exclusively by bus from the Cinquantenaire.
  • There is a limited number of places available for each pool.
  • The photos taken by our official photographers and the feed from our host broadcaster will be made available, free of charge.
  • The press zones are only available to those visibly wearing an accreditation badge as well as a badge specifically dedicated to the press pool specified. The NATO accreditation is, however, not necessary for the partners’ programme.
  • Late arrivals will be denied access to the press zones. Journalists are requested to respect the instructions provided by the organisers during briefings.
  • Dress code: proper and formal attire required. Umbrellas are allowed.
  • There are toilets available for the press. There is no wi-fi available on site at the event.
