Coming to the Accreditation Office (Haren) and Media Centre
All accredited media will receive a 72h Free Public Transport Pass and public transport map in a bid to promote sustainable mobility. The Transport Pass will be delivered on arrival at the Accreditation Office. It allows you unlimited travel in the Brussel-Capital Region over a 72 hour period starting from the first validation. This includes the Metro Tram Bus area, as well as all other public transport in the Brussels region:
- the entire STIB network (including the Bourget-Brussels Airport section)
- the TEC and De Lijn urban bus networks
- the SNCB rail network in 2nd class
The Accreditation Office is located within walking distance from BORDET train station and several bus and tram stops. It is located in the municipality of Haren (City of Brussels) which is located in between Brussels Airport and the Brussels city center.
From Brussels Airport - Zaventem

Brussels Airport station is located on level -1 of the terminal, at a small distance from the arrivals hall (2nd floor) and the departures hall (3rd floor) - Stop at Bordet station - 10 minutes

The Accreditation Office will offer:
- a bicycle parking
- a drop off point
- a parking lot of 400 places (first-come first-served), secured 24/7 during the opening hours of the Media Centre
- taxi
We recommend using public transport. Traffic flow could be slow and certain areas will be closed to traffic.
Coming to the Accreditation Office downtown
All accredited media will receive a 72h Free Public Transport Pass and public transport map in a bid to promote sustainable mobility. From Brussels Airport - Zaventem
The easiest way:
- Take bus 12 or 21 to Brussels city center - 30 minutes
Departure every 10 minutes - 6 stopsBus 12 is in use from Monday to Friday from 5.40 AM until 8 PM.
During the week after 8 PM, on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, bus 21 takes over.
The bus station is located on level 0 - one floor down from the arrivals hall - and can be easily reached by using the escalators or elevators. Centrally located on the bus station, there are three platforms each with its specific use. Bus 12 departs from platform C. Before boarding the bus, you can purchase a ticket at one of the GO ticket machines located on platform C of the bus station or inside the airport (available 24/7). These machines accept Maestro bank cards, credit cards and coins. You can also buy tickets online (on the website or by using the app).
